Unusual 2 1/2" Width Adjustable Spoke Shave

2 1/2" cutting width, 10 7/8" total length.

Adjusts with the screw on top and cutter is on springs each end so it adjusts level.

May well have been adapted from an old shave, kinda crude but nice at the same time.
