Some defects are this has NO cutters there looks to be one screw missing and one of the handles has a crack on the lower part but seems secure and no wobbles!

That all being said not a very common plane and this does have the fence with it! The sole looks ok and apart from the handle, cutters and screw a nice example of this plane.
