Stanley No.94 Cabinet Makers' Rabbet Plane

The rarer No.94 from Stanley.

Mechanically all fine and mouth looks to be ok (used but no major chips etc) no cracks in the casting that I can see, BUT as shown in the last couple of photo's there is a slight hole on one side of the casting, this doesn't go all the way through though and doesn't seem to weaken or affect use.

Now this could have been cleaned up and all the nickel taken off but I have left just as is, yes it doesn't look too good at all but keeps it original and shows the life it has had.

This could well have had a replacement blade as the one in it has no maker / patent markings.

All as seen, you may want to take the nickel off or leave as is, I have left it up to you.
